Take Two: What Employers Can Expect from OSHA in a Second Trump Administration

Description

This session will focus on emerging regulatory issues within the Trump Administration. Topics will include OSHA’s enforcement priorities and policies, renewed emphasis on recognizing safety-focused employers, and the future of the proposed heat illness rule as well as other rulemaking efforts. Additionally, attendees will learn about changes to emphasis programs like the Amputations NEP that directly impact the wood and millwork products industry.
