President and CEO
Renee Hornsby
Renee Hornsby leads World Millwork Alliance as the President & CEO, responsible for steering the organization into its next chapter of success. Known for her dynamic leadership and deep understanding of the millwork industry, she is dedicated to enhancing member engagement and expanding WMA's reach in the global marketplace. Renee's vision for the Alliance focuses on driving innovation and fostering connections that empower the millwork community.
Prior to joining WMA, Renee spent 16 years as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Hardwood Lumber Association, where she developed a robust background in operations management, strategic growth, and industry leadership. Renee has distinguished herself as a results-driven leader, skilled in executing high-impact marketing initiatives and managing significant industry events.

The WMA Executive Committee and Board of Directors comprises industry leaders who provide governance and strategic guidance to the organization. Their diverse expertise ensures WMA remains a trusted advocate and resource for the millwork industry.
